Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send your return before contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address via email.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged. Vopeti is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment whenever possible.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at vopeti.info@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (unless prohibited by law)
- Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your eligible product (subject to approval) and placing a new order separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
